For nearly a decade, I've had the incredible privilege of walking alongside Kingdom women as they discover who God created them to be and courageously step into what He's calling them to do.
I don't believe women need someone to fix them.
I believe they need someone to help them uncover what God has already placed inside them.
That's why I often describe myself as a Kingdom Locksmith and Spiritual Midwife.
As a Kingdom Locksmith, I help women unlock the identity, voice, gifts, and calling God has already placed within them.
As a Spiritual Midwife, I have the joy of helping women birth the dreams, ministries, businesses, books, coaching practices, and assignments He's entrusted to their care.
Through Holy Spirit-led coaching, prophetic insight, and practical strategy, I help women move from confusion to clarity, fear to freedom, and hesitation to bold obedience.
My Vision
My vision is to see daughters of the King rise and soar, fully unlocked—their chains falling, their cages opening, and their wings spread wide. I envision women carrying Heaven's authority into every room they enter, releasing their unique sound, and courageously shifting atmospheres through the lives they live.

New Wings Coaching
Like many women, my path wasn't a straight line.
For years, I built a successful career in corporate accounting. From the outside, everything looked secure, but deep inside, I knew God was stirring something more. There was a calling I couldn't ignore—a growing desire to help women discover who they were created to be and courageously step into it.
In 2017, I stepped out in faith and launched New Wings Coaching while continuing to work full-time in the corporate world. For four years, I faithfully built the business God had placed on my heart while balancing both callings. It wasn't always easy, but it taught me to trust God's timing, take one faithful step at a time, and keep saying "yes" even when I couldn't yet see the full picture.
Then, in 2021, God made it clear it was time to leave corporate life and fully embrace the calling He had been preparing me for all along.
Since then, I've had the incredible privilege of walking alongside Kingdom women as they discover their identity, unlock their voice, and boldly step into the assignments God has placed on their lives.
Along the way, God revealed two beautiful pictures that have become the heartbeat of my coaching.
As a Kingdom Locksmith, I help women unlock what God has already placed within them—their identity, gifts, voice, and calling.
As a Spiritual Midwife, I have the joy of walking alongside women as they birth the dreams, ministries, businesses, books, coaching practices, and assignments God has entrusted to them.
Nothing brings me greater joy than watching a woman move from fear to faith, from hesitation to confidence, and from wondering "Could God really use me?" to boldly saying, "Here I am, Lord."
Every breakthrough reminds me why I said yes.
Every testimony strengthens my faith.
Because this has never been just about coaching.

I labored for several long nights with our youngest daughter. As soon as the sun would rise, the contractions would stop. We discovered that she was “stuck”and I needed some assistance to birth what was inside of me. In a similar sense, Kristin is the “spiritual midwife” I didn’t realize I needed. Like a prophetic ultrasound, she was able to get me to focus and see thoughts, words and stories that have been growing inside of my spiritual womb. After several long “nights” of laboring on my own, what a relief to have 90 minutes with a come alongside coach to uncover the reasons I’ve felt stuck and to encourage me to push with purpose and the power of Holy Spirit, in due season! I will definitely be scheduling another session!

Life coaching is a partnership that helps you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and confidently move toward the life God is calling you to live.
At New Wings Coaching, it's more than coaching...it's a Holy Spirit-led partnership. Together, we'll uncover what's been holding you back, strengthen your identity in Christ, help you hear God's voice with greater confidence, and create practical next steps so you can move forward with courage and purpose.
My role isn't to tell you what to do...it's to ask powerful questions, listen well, and partner with the Holy Spirit as you discover what God is already revealing to you.
How is your coaching different from other life coaching?
Every coach has a unique approach. Mine is rooted in faith, biblical truth, and partnership with the Holy Spirit.
I blend professional coaching tools with prophetic insight, practical strategy, and powerful questions that help you hear God's voice, uncover what's been holding you back, and confidently move forward.
This isn't surface-level motivation or a one-size-fits-all program. Every session is prayerfully guided, personalized to your season, and focused on helping you unlock your identity, strengthen your voice, and boldly live the life God has called you to.
Who do you work with?
I work with women whose work helps others heal, grow, and move forward—and who sense God calling them deeper in their own lives and work.
Many of the women I serve are coaches, wellness practitioners, teachers, mentors, entrepreneurs, authors, ministry leaders, and pioneers. They pour deeply into others, yet they also need a safe, trusted place to process, reconnect with their why, and continue growing in their own identity, voice, and calling.

Whether you're seeking greater clarity, stronger confidence, a bolder voice, or support as you step into your next season, we'll partner with God to help you move forward with courage and purpose.
What does coaching cost?
Investing in coaching is an important decision, and I believe it deserves a conversation—not just a price tag.
Every coaching journey begins with a free Unlocking Call, where we'll explore what God is stirring in your heart, where you are in this season, and whether unlockHER™ is the right fit for you.
If it is, I'll walk you through the investment, answer all of your questions, and help you make a prayerful, confident decision.
My heart is never to pressure you into saying "yes." It's simply to help you discern whether this is the season God is inviting you to take your next step. 🔑
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually, so you can connect with me from wherever you are. Most clients meet with me on Zoom, but if you prefer a phone call, I'm happy to accommodate that as well.
My goal is to create a comfortable, distraction-free space where you can show up fully, hear God's voice, and experience meaningful transformation.

What results can I expect?
Every woman's journey is unique, but many clients leave with greater clarity, confidence, peace, courage, and a renewed sense of purpose. They gain a deeper understanding of who God created them to be, strengthen their voice, and move forward with greater boldness and obedience.
Some go on to launch businesses, ministries, books, podcasts, or coaching practices. Others strengthen their leadership, navigate significant life transitions, or simply experience greater freedom and confidence in the season God has them in.
My goal isn't to create a "better version" of you...it's to help you become more fully who God created you to be.
Do I need to have my life “together” before coaching?
Not at all. Come as you are...messy bun, tears, questions, doubts, dreams, and all. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You simply need a willing heart and a desire to take your next step with God.
My role isn't to have all the answers...it's to partner with you and the Holy Spirit as you discover them together.
Will I actually grow wings?
Not literally. 😉 But don't be surprised if you begin noticing more feathers, butterflies, eagles, and other beautiful reminders of God's presence. I've seen Him use the smallest things to encourage His daughters exactly when they need it most.
Side effects may include: living more unlocked, hearing God's voice with greater confidence, walking in greater freedom, and smiling every time you find a feather. 🪶
