Breaking Free: A Journey of Liberation and Discovery
Born in California but a wanderer at heart, Kristin journeyed through various states before finding her anchor in Minnesota at the tender age of 14. It was there that she met the love of her life, her high school sweetheart, who would later become her rock through the storms and joys of life. Together, they have been blessed with two incredible teenage boys, their miracles who constantly remind them of the beauty and wonder of life.
Kristin's professional journey began in the corporate world of accounting, a path that seemed steady and secure. Yet, amid the numbers and spreadsheets, she felt a stirring in her soul—a calling to something deeper, something more aligned with her faith and purpose.
In 2013 she took a leap of faith and embarked on the rollercoaster ride of entrepreneurship. But it wasn’t until 2017 that she truly found her calling when she began training with the Christian Coach Institute. There, Kristin discovered the power of coaching to unlock the potential within others and guide them toward their God-given purpose.
After years of balancing the corporate world with her passion for coaching, Kristin made the courageous decision to break free from the confines of corporate life and pursue coaching full-time in 2021. Thus, New Wings Coaching was born — a sanctuary for Christian women who dare to defy convention, break free from confinement, and rise boldly into their Kingdom calling.
Since then, Kristin has had the privilege of walking alongside countless women — the wild ones, the counter-culture warriors, the pioneers who refuse to be silenced. Through faith, perseverance, and prophetic coaching, Kristin has witnessed remarkable transformations as women embrace their true selves, unlock their voices, and soar into the lives they were destined to live.

I labored for several long nights with our youngest daughter. As soon as the sun would rise, the contractions would stop. But at New Wings Coaching, it’s more than that — it’s a Holy Spirit–led journey of transformation. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back, align with what God is saying over your life, and create steps to move boldly into your calling.
How is your coaching different from other life coaching?
This isn’t surface-level motivation. Each session is prayerfully guided and tailored to you — blending professional coaching tools with prophetic insight and biblical truth. You’ll experience breakthrough in spirit, mind, and action so you can live fully unlocked.
Who do you work with?
I work with wild-hearted women of faith — leaders, visionaries, and those with a “there’s more” stirring inside. Whether you’re in business, ministry, or a transition season, you’re welcome here.
Do you only work with women?
Primarily, yes — my heart and calling are to unlock wild-hearted women of faith. But if a man reaches out and God’s clearly in it, I’ll listen. (He’s the ultimate scheduler, after all!)

Each path varies — from short-term breakthrough experiences to deeper 3- or 6-session journeys. We’ll determine what fits best for your goals during your Unlocking Call.
What does coaching cost?
Each coaching experience is unique — from short-term breakthrough sessions to deeper 6-month programs. Because no two women are in the same season, I don’t post prices online. Instead, we’ll talk through what you’re looking for on your Unlocking Call and find the best path that fits your goals and budget.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All sessions are held over the phone — so you can connect from anywhere and create a sacred space right where you are.
